Business Development Manager - Europe base

Role Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented BD Manager to develop and maintain relationships with partners, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating contracts. They will also be involved in developing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive result-oriented business development initiatives to accelerate CoinEx's growth across European markets.
• Identify and execute opportunities to drive CoinEx adoption and boost trading volume through partnerships.
• Work closely with marketing team to ensure high-quality delivery at every stage.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and user needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, partnership management, preferably in Crypto Exchange, Web3, or blockchain-based projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proactive, results-driven, and open to tackling challenges with a positive and innovative mindset.
