Position: Business Analyst - Product HCM

Duration: 1 Year Contract ( Extend)

Location: Dubai (Onsite)


Job Purpose

  • The role is responsible for supporting, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM applications, enhancing existing solutions, and creating new business technology solutions. It involves collaborating with business teams to ensure solutions align with business needs and providing training and guidance to users for effective system utilization. Additionally, the position includes designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, while supporting the ongoing maintenance and optimization of existing systems.

Relevant Experience (Years): 3-5 Years

Industry Experience:

Any relevant industry experience is applicable. Core Activities Experience:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll; Fusion HCM Applications; Development & Solution Design; HCM Data Loader (HDL) & HCM Extracts; Reporting & Dashboards.
  • Should be a strong techno functional consultant with minimum 3 years of working experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Core HR
  • 3-5 years in Talent Management (submodules: performance management/role, management/ talent profile)
  • Reporting tools: BI & OTBI
  • extract and data load
  • Hands-on in ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
  • 2 years in fusion approval flow
  • Fusion HCM Security
  • page customization.
  • redwood design (added advantage)


Skills, Tools, and Systems Experience:

  • Techno-Functional Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll.
  • Experience in implementing and supporting Fusion HCM applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR and Payroll modules.
  • Experience in Fusion Security and Approval Workflows.
  • Experience in development, solution design, configuration, and end-user testing.
  • Experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and HCM Payroll Fast Formula.
  • Experience with integrations between Fusion HCM and other systems.
  • Proven ability to map business requirements to software systems.
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publishers, Infolets, and HR dashboards.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for reporting and system customizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
