Our client is a major organization in the Brussels/Brabant Walloon region operating within a multinational and cross-functional environment.
Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate all workstreams related to policy, processes, technology, and reporting to ensure project delivery.
- Define project deliverables, structure timelines, map interdependencies, and implement a governance model.
- Engage with key stakeholders across HR, Procurement, Finance, and IT to align goals and maintain momentum.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, project reviews, and decision-making forums.
- Monitor and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical path items to ensure seamless delivery.
- Proven experience in project management within HR transformation or workforce management domains.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them in complex, multi-stream environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including facilitation of cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to assess and manage risk, track progress, and report clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, with a proactive, structured, and problem-solving mindset.
