About the Role
Are you passionate about people and looking to launch your career in Human Resources? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of administrative experience who are eager to grow within the HR field.
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll provide day-to-day support to our HR team, assisting with onboarding, employee records, HR systems, and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team with daily administrative tasks and employee requests
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and physical files
- Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and trainings as needed
- Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Provide general support in recruitment, employee relations, and HR communications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships count!)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
