Business Analyst

We are seeking multiple Technical Business Analysts to support a large-scale digital transformation program aimed at modernising and streamlining core systems and services. These opportunities sit within a high-performing transformation and delivery function driving critical improvements to technology capability and service delivery across the organisation.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work across diverse projects involving cloud platforms, mobile and web applications, and enterprise systems. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality analysis will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business, program, and technical teams to elicit, define, validate, and manage requirements
• Translate technical concepts into simple, accessible language for non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business analyst documentation, including process models, data flows, risk assessments, and system diagrams
• Conduct system analysis and become a subject matter expert in functionality and user interactions
• Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders to support project delivery and ensure alignment with business goals
• Provide input into project planning, quality assurance, and ongoing documentation
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and Business Analyst Communities of Practice

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in business analysis roles delivering impactful, high-value outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Experience working with cloud platforms (preferably AWS), mobile/web application development, or data platforms
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• Experience with platforms such as Salesforce or SAS
• Background in government or public sector programs
