This is a hybrid role, working 2 days a week from the office based in Barcelona.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design of specific features or products independently, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure a cohesive and aligned design process.
• Translate complex data and intricate functionality into user-friendly designs.
• Identify and solve design and product challenges, iterating based on user feedback and data.
• Analyze and synthesize user research data to make informed design decisions.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing and iterate based on results.
• Contribute to the design system by successfully integrating new components and enhancing existing patterns.
• Communicate design decisions, both visually and verbally, to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive design projects to completion, ensuring they meet project KPIs and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Conduct thorough post-release analysis to assess outcomes, identify improvements, and apply insights to future initiatives.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback in design reviews.
  
  

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• At least 6 years of experience with advanced proficiency in UI/UX design tools and methodologies.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-impact features that drive measurable KPI improvements and contribute to key business goals.
• Proficient in working with complex data structures to optimize and enhance information architecture.
• Strong user-centric design thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to define and improve design processes.
• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in analyzing user research data and integrating findings into design. translating findings into impactful design decisions.
• Proficient in creating high-fidelity prototypes for usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to justify design and product decisions and lead discussions.
• Strong time management skills, capable of multitasking across multiple projects.
• Ability to provide clear and constructive design critiques.
• Strong storytelling, reasoning, and communication skills.
