We are looking for a SAP Release Lead – Source to Pay to join the team to build, support, and drive customer innovations, bringing efficiency to the processes through effective management of cost and schedule. Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP Release Deliverables for Source to Pay, ensuring quality execution.
• Collaborate with Work Stream Leads and SI partners to align implementation strategies.
• Provide expertise in SAP Ariba, developing roll-out plans and driving the solution build.
• Lead deployment activities, planning cutover and mock load with business teams.
• Monitor project risks and mitigate issues, escalating where necessary.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment, coordinating with various workstreams and program enablement teams.
• Drive stakeholder collaboration, managing meetings and ensuring expectation alignment.

Qualification:

• Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ years in SAP project management, handling business and system dimensions.
• 10+ years in Source to Pay or Procurement domain.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba implementations.
• Experience working in large implementation programs with System Integrators (SI).
• Strong background in ERP system integrations and business transformation.
• Certifications in Project Management and/or Scrum Master (preferred).
• Experience with Fieldglass and SAP Business Network (nice to have).
