Job Overview:

We’re seeking a versatile Social Media & Community Specialist for a partner product who is familiar with working on multiple platforms, with a primary focus on X & Telegram. This role demands an enthusiastic individual capable of creating and managing content across these main channels as well as expand into new ones. You will also be responsible for analyzing and presenting data on weekly social media performance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement social media & community strategies for X & Telegram as well as expanding into other channels including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

- Post engaging content daily.

- Monitor trends in the crypto market to create relevant and timely content. With the help of a researcher.

- Foster community engagement and manage interactions across all platforms.

- Utilize native analytics tools to track performance metrics of social media campaigns.

- Compile and present weekly reports on social media performance, offering insights and recommendations for strategy optimization.

- Coordinate with the content team to ensure a cohesive social media approach.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing multiple social media & community platforms, especially X & Telegram.

- Strong content creation skills and the ability to engage a diverse audience.

- In depth knowledge of the crypto market and blockchain technology along with a demonstrable passion for the industry and its growth / adoption.

- Proficiency in analytics and data interpretation.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Detail oriented and committed to accuracy in data reporting and content creation.

- Familiarity with digital tools for content creation, scheduling, and analytics.

Salary Range:

- Depending on experience

- Rates may vary based on part-time or contract agreements.

- Payments will be made in stablecoin, such as USDC.
