Tietoevry Care is modernizing the Nordic Health and Care care sector with modular, open, and interoperable software. We develop and deliver high quality software solutions and services that enable healthcare and welfare professionals to do their work even better and with higher efficiency - have more time to care.

We are a global team of professionals working on providing products and services to different sectors within health and welfare. In addition to working closely with our customers, we also have our own products that we build and develop for various fields in society. With us you can build technology for the good of society and make your mark on the health and wellbeing of people in need.

About The Role

Do you want to work with a market-leading and modern product portfolio designed for the next generation of welfare solutions? Do you have experience in project management and a strong understanding of municipal care and health services? Do you enjoy working closely with customers to ensure successful deliveries and implementations?

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of Lifecare for municipalities in Norway. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, collaborating with customers to streamline their processes, and securing the best possible value from our system. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals within Project Management and Consulting, working closely with municipalities to improve efficiency, support daily operations, and enhance citizen services. If you are passionate about making a difference in the welfare sector and thrive in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on board!

In this role you will be responsible for leading implementing projects towards our Lifecare customers.

You will

  • Manage the implementation and delivery of Lifecare to Norwegian municipalities.
  • Work closely with customers to plan and coordinate projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the system.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support municipalities in optimizing their workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve their processes and maximize the value of Lifecare.
  • Provide input and insights to our development teams based on customer needs.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting municipal social care in Norway.

We are looking for someone that

  • Experience in project management, preferably within IT solutions, health & care, or the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian municipal welfare services.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and guide users.
  • Structured and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are an engaged and open team player who enjoys working with customers, driving projects forward, and ensuring high-quality deliveries. You are self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role that combines both independent work and collaboration with colleagues and customers.

What’s in it for you?

With us you will be part of the important and meaningful work in the area of social care. You have an important mission to make a difference that really matters. In addition, as a company we offer you professional growth, open and friendly culture, and an outstanding work-life balance! We believe that our organizational culture is an important part of enabling you to be successful. We provide a flexible hybrid work model as part of our culture and way of working.

Finally, we also believe in curiosity and learning as a lifestyle. We want to encourage you to keep up that curiosity and deepen your knowledge on topics you’re interested in. For example, we host a ‘Keep Learning Week’ twice a year, a week where everyone at Tietoevry has the possibility to join different training courses in a truly global setting.

Could you be our new colleague?

We look forward to hearing from you! We will fill the position as soon as we find the right person, so we encourage you to apply today. If you have any questions regarding this role, please contact the hiring manager [email protected]
