Digital Project Manager

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Head of IT, the IT Digital Project Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering IT digital initiatives, including the support, maintenance, and enhancement of critical systems such as Salesforce CRM, Collection, and Finance modules. In addition, the role will involve overseeing the set-up and implementation of mobile application developments, ensuring these systems meet business needs, are scalable, and function efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project management, IT systems, and digital solutions in a real-estate development or similar environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Salesforce CRM Management: Oversee the daily management and optimization of the Salesforce CRM platform, ensuring the system is operating effectively and is tailored to the business needs. Work with stakeholders to implement new features, enhancements, and updates.
• Collection & Finance Modules Support: Manage the support and continuous improvement of the Collection and Finance modules, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, timely issue resolution, and ongoing system enhancements to meet organizational goals.
• Mobile App Development: Lead the setup, development, and implementation of mobile application solutions, ensuring that the mobile app meets user needs, is aligned with business objectives, and is optimized for performance.
• Project Management: Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for IT digital initiatives. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all business requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders and department heads, to identify IT digital needs and ensure that the solutions align with company goals and strategy.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and development partners to ensure the timely delivery of IT solutions. Oversee contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and ongoing collaboration to deliver high-quality results.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure successful project delivery.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates and detailed project reports to leadership, ensuring transparency in project status, risks, and milestones. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience (8+ years) as an IT Project Manager, Digital Project Manager, or in a similar role within a real-estate development, construction, or technology-driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, and administration.
• Experience with Collection, Finance modules, and their integration within a broader enterprise system.
• Experience managing mobile application development and implementation.
• Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience with cloud-based systems, data integration, and application management in a real-estate development context.
• Familiarity with real-estate industry-specific software and technologies.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
