• Perform regression testing of Broadband CPE firmware to verify interoperability with network and conform with technical requirements
• Assist with OSS migration project and separation activities

What you'll need to succeed

• A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, IT or other relevant qualification
• Previous IP network experience or experience troubleshooting NBN access technologies
• Understanding of common broadband access protocols PPPoE and IPoE, and experience in debugging and troubleshooting connectivity issues
• Previous experience in a testing role with experience with TR069 and ACS platforms
• Working knowledge of common NBN access technologies FTTP, FTTN, FTTB FTTC, HFC
• Understanding of QoS principles and their applicability to ISP networks
• Understanding of SIP VoIP call setup and packet flows
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong communication skills with a professional and presentable attitude.
