You will:

• Write clear, optimized, tested, documented code;
• Troubleshoot application and code issues;
• Ensuring high performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS;
• Help formulate an effective, responsive design and turn it into a working website, theme or plugin;
• Work closely with other developers and a project manager to develop an effective, visually appealing, functional product.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in WordPress development;
• Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery;
• Experience in creating responsive design websites;
• Experience with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.;
• Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers;
• Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages;
• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)'
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as Git);
• Experience with WordPress website speed, SEO optimizations;
• Strong understanding of PHP back-end development;
• Proficiency in MySQL or similar databases;
• Good problem-solving skills;
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Salary grid for this position depends on the candidate's location and experience.

In Lithuania, the salary grid for the Middle WordPress Developer position is: 15-21 EUR gross.
