You will:

• Work on web and mobile software solutions;
• Cooperate with project managers, designers and other stakeholders on developing creative solutions to challenging problems;
• Gain experience from the best specialists in the Digital field;
• Make independent design decisions.

Requirements:

• Genuine interest in the latest Digital trends;
• Ability to create visually appealing, aesthetically pleasing designs;
• Experience with Figma design and prototyping, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and/ or other graphic design tools/software;
• Feeling comfortable with English as your primary working language, both verbal and written;
• Good problem-solving skills in order to find creative solutions to improve user experience;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, bringing designs to fruition.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

In Lithuania, the salary range for the Middle UX/ UI Designer position starts from 15 EUR gross per hour, for the Senior role - from 22 EUR/ hour gross.

The final monthly salary for this position depends on your previous experience and assessment during the interview process.
