IT Project Manager

🌍 About the Role

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager ready to take on a regional role? We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and oversee country-level IT operations across the Baltic region – Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia.

You will play a dual role:

• Driving regional IT projects, ensuring alignment with business needs
• Managing daily IT operations in Lithuania, collaborating with both local and global teams

💼 Your Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage IT projects across the Baltics, delivering on scope, time, and budget
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of business value
• Oversee IT operations in Lithuania
• Ensure IT systems meet compliance and performance standards
• Support internal and external IT audits and maintain up-to-date documentation

✅ What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
• Strong experience in business requirements gathering and documentation
• Solid knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Familiarity with IT operations: infrastructure, support, vendors
• Hands-on experience supporting IT audits and compliance frameworks
• Fluent in spoken and written English

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience working across the Baltic countries or regional IT environments
• Background in digital transformation and infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of business analysis tools (e.g., user stories, wireframes, process maps)
• Understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, CompTIA A+, PMI-PBA)
