Business Analyst – Payments Expert
Location: Onsite in Luxembourg
Contract: 6-month initial mission
Start Date: ASAP
Our client, a prestigious and highly reputable financial institution, is urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their payments department. This role is offered on a consultancy basis and will focus on developing and managing payment-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate actively in agile/scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Designing user stories, writing business requirement documents and test books and then participating in the testing.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to drive continuous improvements in user experience and monitor customer satisfaction.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring products and services align with regulatory and compliance standards.
- Stay up to date with market trends and emerging products/services in the payment’s domain.
- Support issue resolution by handling and addressing customer complaints effectively.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a business analyst.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the payments sector, with knowledge of key areas such as SEPA, SWIFT, MT/MX conversions, card payments, or cash management.
- Background in the financial services industry is required.
