About the Client

We are looking for an experienced UX Designer with Business Analyst skills who will join to a project for our client in the medical industry.

What you will do:

• Gathering and analyzing requirements – Identify business needs and translate them into actionable project requirements.
• Stakeholder collaboration and communication – Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project lifecycle.
• User-centered research and testing – Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
• UX/UI design and solution evaluation – Design intuitive user interfaces and assess proposed solutions for usability and effectiveness.
• Agile participation and documentation – Actively contribute to Agile processes, maintaining clear and comprehensive project documentation.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in business analysis and UX/UI design – including requirements elicitation, user story creation, and solution evaluation.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in user research and design tools – such as wireframing, prototyping (low- and high-fidelity), usability testing, and creating personas, journey maps, and information architecture. (tools: Figma)
• Analytical and modeling skills – including process modeling (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts), basic data analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities – with a user-centered mindset and the ability to balance business and user needs
