Role Overview:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions. Collaborating with stakeholders and the Data Team, you will understand requirements and develop robust analytical solutions. Your expertise in Power BI and SQL will be essential for visualizing and analyzing data, while ensuring its accuracy and integrity.

Working in a Product-led, scaling bank, you’ll be at the forefront of leveraging data to drive growth and improve operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to refine and document data requirements

·      Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights which users can self-serve

·      Maintaining existing Excel based reporting and migrate them to Power BI

·      Write SQL queries to analyze and extract data efficiently.

·      Work closely with the Data Team to design, test, and deploy solutions that meet business needs.

·      Use Jira to track project tasks and ensure timely completion of analytical work.

·      Understand and communicate the business value of data solutions, ensuring they align with OKR’s

·      Perform data validation to ensure data quality and accuracy.

·      Contribute to improving data processes and workflows, recommending best practices.

Requirements:

·      Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

·      Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·      Analytical mindset and attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy of insights delivered.

·      Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions, particularly Azure is advantageous.

·      Proficiency in SQL and demonstrated ability to write complex queries.

·      Expertise in Power BI, with experience creating and maintaining dashboards and reports.

·      Knowledge of financial services or banking data is a plus.
