Technical Scrum Master (Software Development - Financial Services)

We are hiring for Technical Scrum Master (Software Development - Financial Services)

Location : Hybrid @ 2 days in Northampton Office

• Should have experience in designing software and solutions, particularly within distributed and integrated system architectures, practical experience in coding, building, or implementing software
• Practical experience in a Scrum Master role or working extensively in an Agile context.
• Prior experience working within the financial services industry, indicating familiarity with its specific regulations, complexities, and domain knowledge.
• Demonstrated track record of working effectively within an Agile development environment and Software Development Life Cycle, from conception to deployment and maintenance
• Lead daily scrums, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure these ceremonies are effective and feed into broader data platform prioritization.
