We’re seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join a fast-paced, design-led team on a 6-month contract. If you’re passionate about solving real user problems, creating elegant digital experiences, and working within a collaborative and inclusive design culture—this is your opportunity to make an impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the end-to-end design of large-scale digital products—from research and ideation through to high-fidelity UI specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, researchers, and fellow designers to create seamless, user-centred solutions.
- Champion user needs through qualitative and quantitative research, usability testing, and continuous iteration.
- Contribute to and govern an established design system to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
- Mentor junior designers and promote best practices across the product design discipline.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in UX, UI or Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing polished, user-centred digital products.
- Deep experience with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and an eye for pixel-perfect design.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and synthesise user research and apply insights to create meaningful design outcomes.
- Proven success working in agile environments, collaborating closely with development teams.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2) and commitment to inclusive design.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to present and advocate for your design decisions.
Bonus Skills
- Experience in service design or business analysis
- Familiarity with UX writing principles
- Experience working with high-traffic or public-facing digital products
This is a contract role starting ASAP.
If you're a proactive designer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering thoughtful user experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
