The Product Manager for Fintech area will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle of Hub88’s fintech product, ensuring it delivers seamless and secure payment solutions for platform customers in a B2B2C model.
This role requires a deep understanding of fintech, B2B payments, and the evolving landscape of financial technology within the iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will combine technical acumen with strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a strong customer focus to enhance Hub88’s fintech product value proposition.
Your day-to-day
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning with the company’s goals and objectives
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, collaborating with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams
- Write clear and concise product requirement documents in collaboration with the technical teams, and advocate for the end-user experience, ensuring the product is intuitive and user-friendly
- Develop detailed product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products and features
- Break down large initiatives into smaller pieces of incremental value
- Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and expectations
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and issues
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, including iteration based on user feedback and performance metrics
- Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to drive improvements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, obtaining buy-in and sign-off where required
Your background and mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Deep familiarity with software development methodologies;
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in fintech, payments, or financial services, ideally within the iGaming sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B payments, digital wallets, and financial transaction flows.
- Familiarity with financial regulations, KYC, AML, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with APIs, payment gateways, and banking integrations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Knowledge and experience with process & document management tools, such as Jira or Confluence
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
- Proactive and independent thinker with proven ability to deliver the project from start to end
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communications skills
- Good presentation skills with the ability to convey key messages to diverse and wide audiences
- A team player: works with others across the organisation to get things done
