As a Product Owner for nexos.ai Workspace, you will shape the key user-facing product features, that enable organizations to manage and deploy AI effectively. This includes areas like LLM Chat, organization management, guardrails, observability and others. You’ll work closely with engineering, design and business teams to deliver intuitive AI-driven tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from conception to release and beyond. From ideation & discovery to creating actionable and complete user stories, monitoring and reacting to the impact on the company’s goals
• Stay on top of AI trends - understand how LLMs, agentic systems, RAGs and similar AI solutions are evolving. Analyze market trends and translate insights into product improvements
• Gather customer & stakeholder needs to form product requirements
• Engage closely with the engineering team to determine the best technical implementation methods, as well as prioritise feature development
• Develop and implement product roadmap together with key stakeholders from marketing to engineering
• Define product metrics and monitor them using collected data points
  
  
  
  
  

Core Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager or Product Owner
• Experience building AI-driven products
• Strong technical background or a deep understanding of AI concepts
• Product development expertise and hands-on experience in product feature analysis, ideally in Enterprise B2B SaaS
• Ability to understand highly technical & AI topics, and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Sense of ownership and accountability, capable to plan your work effectively
