Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a marketing contractor to support two workstreams in the Creators Marketing organization: paid media and Creator education. This person will support cross-functional team members across these two areas. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set, combining expertise in digital advertising with the ability to create compelling educational content. We are seeking someone with 2-3 years experience for this role.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media:

- Assist with paid campaign management (including but not limited to: reporting/pacing, trafficking ads, building media plans, optimizing ads, appending tags)

Creator Education:

- Partner with agency teams to review, track, and implement creator-facing assets across multiple channels, maintaining asset delivery schedules

- Manage project timelines and dependencies using Asana

- Moderate live webinars, managing participant engagement and responding to questions in real-time

- Compile and organize post-webinar feedback and questions for future content development

- Create regular reports on educational content performance and engagement metrics, track performance across KPIs and input into recaps and business review documents

Required Skills:

• Experience in paid digital advertising, digital content management and implementation

• Strong project management and organizational abilities

• Experience with Asana or similar project management tools

• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with multiple stakeholders

• Comfort with data analysis and reporting tools

Experience with or interest in affiliate marketing a plus

Contract Length: 7 Months

Location: New York (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $35 - $39 per hour
