- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and data requirements
- Design and develop data models and algorithms to solve complex business problems

- 3 to 5 years working with Microsoft Azure & Reporting tools like Power BI, SSRS in a analytics engineer role with a sound knowledge of data modeling, dimensional modeling, business intelligence, SQL/PLSQL and Performance optimization
- Strong knowledge on Common Data Model (CDM), Dataverse, and Power BI Data Flows, as well as Git and GitHub
- Experience with Power BI external tools - Dax Studio and Tabular Editor
- Knowledge with data platforms, data warehouses, Data Lake, and ETL
- Ability to use SQL, T-SQL stored procedures
- Experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA or similar agile development planning tools
- Understanding of Cloud concepts - IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
- A curious research mindset finding and recommending solutions based on experience and learning
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
