Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and lead Agile development practices for software projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Scrum principles, exceptional team facilitation skills, and technical expertise with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA. As a Scrum Master, you will ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a coach and mentor to the team on Agile practices, ensuring proper adherence to Scrum methodology.
• Manage and optimize the flow of work using Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA, including creating and maintaining backlogs, dashboards, and reports.
• Work closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs and ensure that stories are well-defined.
• Remove impediments and blockers, enabling the team to maintain focus on project goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment and encourage self-organization within the team.
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and key metrics (e.g., velocity, burn-down charts).
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
• Promote continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives and ensuring action items are addressed.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, specifically Azure DevOps (ADO) and JIRA.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and their application.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members on Agile practices.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
• Technical background or understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
