Network Engineer – Telephony

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Network & Telephony Engineer with hands-on experience in networking, switch configuration, and telephony deployment—particularly with Microsoft Teams. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who can support customer tasks from configuring, and deploying the network infrastructure & unified communication solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in networking and switch configuration (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, HP, etc.)
• Solid understanding of LAN/WAN principles, routing, and switching
• Experience with Microsoft Teams telephony deployment and support
• Familiarity with SBCs (Session Border Controllers) and voice gateway configuration
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network switches and related infrastructure
• Deploy and configure telephony systems, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Voice
• Ensure smooth rollout of network and voice solutions
• Monitor network performance and proactively resolve issues to minimise downtime
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving
