The Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution of client projects from order to delivery. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, design, and production teams as well as external clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple commercial fit-out and architectural projects simultaneously
• Serve as the key liaison between clients, internal departments, and suppliers
• Track project timelines, procurement, and delivery schedules
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and client updates
• Identify and resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution
• Support project managers in meeting client expectations and achieving deliverables

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a project coordination or project support role (ideally within construction, manufacturing, or interior design industries)
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
• Understanding of construction processes or fit-out projects (highly desirable)
