Software Team Lead

We are looking for a Software Team Lead to join our team—someone ready to take responsibility for developing and managing innovative maritime products. If you have experience in product leadership, resource management, and want to help build the next generation of autonomous vessels, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

-managing and organizing team resources;

-creating and prioritizing product-related tasks within the project;

-representing the team in meetings and liaising with various stakeholders;

-collecting project information and contributing to product-related discussions;

-coordinating and fulfilling orders within your area of responsibility;

-participating in product structure and development activities;

-continuously improving and enhancing the product as needed.

You’ll Succeed in This Role If You Have:

- prior experience in product management and resource coordination;

- excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills;

- good English language skills, both spoken and written.

Beneficial but not required:

- previous exposure to ship systems; 

- knowledge in automation and electrical engineering;

- experience with PLC programming or automation devices
