We are seeking a Hardware Electronics Engineer to join our client's team, developing RISC-V-based chipsets and hardware platforms for IoT and smart device applications. The ideal candidate is experienced in schematic design, PCB layout, and hardware validation in embedded contexts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop hardware components for RISC-V-based microcontrollers and system-on-chips (SoCs).
• Create detailed schematics and PCB layouts optimized for low-power IoT devices.
• Collaborate with firmware and software teams to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.
• Conduct hardware validation, testing, and debugging using lab equipment and simulation tools.
• Support product lifecycle from prototype through mass production, ensuring quality and reliability.
• Stay updated on RISC-V ecosystem developments and integrate relevant innovations.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in hardware electronics design for embedded systems.
• Proficiency with EDA tools (Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence) for schematic and PCB design.
• Hands-on experience with RISC-V microcontroller or SoC architectures.
• Solid understanding of signal integrity, power management, and EMC considerations.
• Knowledge of IoT device requirements, including low power consumption and wireless interfaces.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with hardware bring-up and lab validation techniques.
• Familiarity with embedded firmware interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART.
• Exposure to certification processes (CE, FCC) for electronic devices.
