  • Communicating design ideas effectively to multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5+ years of experience in level design, with at least one shipped AAA title, preferably a FPS
  • A deep understanding of gameplay flow, pacing and spatial design in realistic/tactical first-person shooters.
  • Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5, including level editing tools and scripting.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience mentoring designers and guiding a team toward a shared vision.
  • The ability to take ownership of level design from concept to final implementation.
  • A keen eye for detail, ensuring every level meets the highest quality and gameplay standards.
  • Experience working with a globally distributed team, and remote collaboration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in realistic or tactical FPS level design.
  • Background in procedural level generation or advanced scripting techniques.
  • Passion for military tactics, law enforcement operations, or real-world architectural design.

If this sounds like you, please submit your resume and portfolio showcasing your level design work. A cover letter is optional but encouraged. We look forward to discussing how you can help shape the future of VOID!

NOTE: Salary is based on the applicant’s location, market rates, and experience.
