Procurement Project Manager 12month Contract Hybrid

What’s involved:

• Lead procurement activities to secure critical services, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee contract management efforts, ensuring accurate performance reporting and timely escalations.
• Drive the development and execution of a detailed business readiness plan for the onboarding of a Client Delivery Partner in Q3.
• Manage the delivery of all IT and Facilities requirements prior to partner mobilisation.
• Lead the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring all systems and supports are in place for a seamless transition.

What you need:

• +5years of experience in project management, ideally within a PMO or large-scale transformation environment.
• Strong background in procurement and contract management, including stakeholder engagement and supplier onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional project teams and complex deliverables.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills.
• Experience working with internal business units and third-party delivery partners.
• Familiarity with project delivery in IT and Facilities is a strong advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
• Must be based in Ireland
