HR Specialist - Industrial Sector (m/f/d)

Your new company

A prestigious international group, currently in a phase of rapid expansion, with several business units already established in Portugal, is seeking an experienced HR professional to implement and lead the HR department in their industrial company located near the center of Aveiro.

Your new role:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

What you need to succeed:

• Proven working experience in the HR department of an industrial sector (at least 3 years).
• Comfortable with generalist HR functions.
• Strong charisma and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English (reporting in English).
