Are you passionate about delivering impactful technology that enhances people’s lives? Join us as a Product Manager for our Roger line of wireless microphones, where you’ll help shape products that exceed customer expectations in the hearing care industry. In this execution-focused role, you will work closely with a Senior Product Manager and report to the Head of Marketing for Roger. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to drive product improvements, manage product lifecycles, and serve as a key point of contact for product-related inquiries across our global group companies. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys driving projects, solving problems, and seeing their work make a tangible impact.

Your tasks:

Lead and support product improvement projects in collaboration with R&D and Manufacturing Engineering
Take ownership of digital Roger products currently in the market
Maintain and update product documentation and packaging
Coordinate the launch of new products in alignment with Supply Chain teams
Plan and communicate phase-outs of existing products
Provide expert support to group companies on product-related questions
Manage product allocations during supply constraints

Your profile:

Degree in Engineering, Business, Audiology, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role
Strong project management skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is a plus
Experience in the hearing aid industry or with high-tech electronic products is a plus
