We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who excels in client communication, project organization, and English fluency. You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Your primary responsibilities will be managing campaigns in performance creative, paid media, and influencer marketing, maintaining the highest standard of service and execution..

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications with professionalism and perfect English.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative Strategists, Paid Media Managers, Influencer Marketing Teams) to align on project goals and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverable schedules.
• Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Proactively identify project risks and communicate solutions to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report project performance, ensuring projects stay within scope and budget.
• Lead post-project reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement.

💼 Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in a marketing agency or similar field.
• Proven experience managing client communications in perfect English.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Deep understanding of paid media, performance creative, and influencer marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or similar.
