Mechanical Project Manager

We are looking for a highly qualified Mechanical Project Manager with a minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 7 years in the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with main contractors in electromechanical and building construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the full lifecycle of mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems
2. Lead project planning, execution, and progress monitoring to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
3. Manage and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to meet project specifications and standards
4. Prepare and review contractual and technical documentation
5. Supervise teams, providing effective leadership and motivation
6. Implement budgeting and cost-control measures
7. Resolve site issues proactively with strong problem-solving abilities

Required Skills:

1. Deep knowledge of MEP systems and building construction practices
2. Strong leadership and project execution capabilities
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management software

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 12 years of total experience, with 7+ years in the GCC
2. Previous experience working with main contractors
3. Ready to join immediately or within a short notice period
