PMO Lead

Are you passionate about leading large-scale digital transformation? We are currently seeking a PMO Lead to drive the successful execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within a forward-thinking real estate and development organisation in Dubai.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal leadership position responsible for managing transformation programs, enforcing governance, aligning projects with strategic goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate digital transformation strategy into a structured program roadmap and oversee execution.
• Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and delivery controls to ensure on-time, within-budget execution.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and change management to drive adoption across business units.
• Report on program performance, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Develop internal capabilities through coaching, workshops, and vendor coordination.
• Evaluate and implement emerging digital tools and platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 10+ years’ experience in transformation or project management roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Strong background in delivering enterprise-wide digital programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Proven experience in change management, digital maturity models, and performance measurement.
• Solid understanding of ERP/CRM platforms (e.g. SAP, Salesforce), automation (RPA/BPM), and analytics.
• Previous experience in real estate, development, or large enterprise environments is an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci highly desirable.
