The Sales Supervisor - Consumer Electronics shall lead and supervise the sales team on their day to day activities and the handling of promotions to ensure that the department meets or exceed its sales targets and objectives.
The scope of the responsibility shall include leading the sales team’s activities; taking part in the development of forecasts, target breakdowns, and journey plans; coordinating with Product team on new products; monitoring customer credit limits and outstanding payments and training sales promoters & Merchandisers on product knowledge and other technical skills.
The Sales Supervisor shall be expected to support the Sales Manager in all departmental programs and activities, while supporting the sales team in the resolution of any escalated issues with the customer and other departments in the Company.
