OT Security Consultant
- Location: Paris
- Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

I am currently assisting an leading multinational Network provider in the search for a external OT Security Consultant. As part of the Cyber Security team, the OT Security consultant shall be responsible for the OT security scope and associated tasks and services.
The candidate shall demonstrate excellent analysis and writing skills, be able to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders (senior management, key partners, and major customers), and feel very comfortable in holding presentations in English to executive members and at customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess/select/implement the OT Security solutions.
- Work with the Product team to create future OT products.
- As OT security leader, participate in customer meetings and assist the sales team.
- OT Security Policies and Procedures: Develop and maintain OT security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Vulnerability Assessment: Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing on OT systems to identify weaknesses and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments on OT systems and propose mitigation strategies to customers.
- Security Awareness: Educate stakeholders on security best practices, policies, and procedures.
- OT Security Monitoring: Include in the monitoring scope, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, industrial control systems (ICS), and other operational technology assets, for security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Threat Detection and Incident Response: With the SOC team, identify, investigate, and respond to security incidents in a timely manner. Develop and implement incident response plans specific to OT environments (playbooks, rules).
- Collaboration: Collaborate with IT security teams to align OT security efforts with overall cybersecurity initiatives.

Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified SCADA Security Architect (CSSA), or GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP), are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in OT security, including knowledge of SCADA, ICS, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISA/IEC 62443).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
