Position: Technical Support Specialist (On-site)

Role Type: FTE (Full time Support required)

Working Days: 5 Days in a week

Business hours: Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 3:45 pm / Friday 6:30 am - 12:00 pm

Contract duration: 4 Months/16+ Week duration (extendable)

Contract Type: Freelance / B2B contract

Joining Date: Immediate Joining

Experience Required: More than 5 years as IT Support.

Site Address: Saalfeld, Germany. (On-Site)

Languages required: English (B2), German (B2 to C1).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Solid experience in OS imaging, re-imaging, and system deployment
• Proficiency with imaging and deployment tools such as Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or equivalent software
• Strong understanding of device migration processes, including system configuration
• Knowledge of user account management and device enrolment (e.g., MDM, Active Directory, Azure AD)
• Hands-on experience with network configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring device connectivity
• Proficiency with common office software and applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Awareness of current technologies and industry trends
• Understanding of agile methodologies.

Additional skills: Workplace engineer with technical knowledge working on laptop/desktop/printer (printer mapping/network mapping).
