This role is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver change that enhances customer experience, streamlines operations, and drives innovation.
What you’ll do:
As Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver business and technical outcomes, managing projects from initiation through to closure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining project scope and objectives
- Managing budgets, risks, issues, dependencies and governance
- Coordinating project documentation and stakeholder communication
- Ensuring seamless transitions to production and operational readiness
- Supporting quality assurance and user acceptance testing
What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-impact projects — ideally within financial services. Key experience includes:
- Project governance and budget management
- Stakeholder engagement and team leadership
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
- Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) are a plus
- Bonus: experience with Risk-Free Rate constructs or Markets & Treasury operations
