HR Specialist (temporary contract for 2 years)

Job Description

With us you will:

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process by taking responsibility of hiring process quality and effectiveness
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR related inquiries from employees and managers
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices
• Monitor employee onboarding, integration and workforce movement, come up with suggestions for improvement if needed
• Follow and improve HR policies
• Participate actively in employer branding initiatives
• Handling various HR tasks and contributing to cross-functional projects
  
  

Requirements:

• Experienced as a full-scope HR Specialist / Generalist
• Strong understanding of HR practices and Labour Law
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and understand business needs
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and Latvian, both written and oral
