Job Description


As our Lead Designer, you’ll play a key role in leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring our experiences are not only beautiful but functional and accessible for all users.

• Lead the end-to-end design process across multiple projects, from discovery to delivery
• Champion accessibility best practices (WCAG) across all design work
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, product, development, marketing)
• Mentor and support other designers, helping them grow and elevate their work
• Create design systems and scalable components for consistent UX/UI
• Present and articulate design decisions clearly to stakeholders and clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and standards

Qualifications


What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in UI and UX design, ideally across both agency and product environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered, visually compelling work across web and mobile
• Proven experience leading design teams or projects
• Experience in user research or testing
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and how to apply them in real-world products
• Fluency in English — both written and spoken (C1+ level)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe CC, and prototyping platforms
• Experience working with design systems and cross-functional teams
• A mindset that balances creativity, business goals, and user needs
