HR Business Partner Data Management Trainee

Your Main Activities Are

• Participate and support in the activities and topics lead by the HR Business Partners team including career and employee lifecycle matters, human resources administrative processes, audit requests, etc
• Support in HR projects implementation and updating data in HR tools
• Support the preparation of documentation, data, KPIs and metrics
• Produce dashboards to track success and improvement areas of our initiatives
• Redesign and clean-up of the HR Resource Centers (One Drive, Sharepoints. Shared Folders), both in terms of content and format
• List all operational procedures of the department and review with the relevant stakeholders if necessary. Monitor HR policies and procedures revision
• Look for articles and news on HR trends, competitor information, etc and share with team;
• Support the HR Business Partners and HR Business Partners Data Management on ad-hoc topics

• Academic Background: Management or Human Resources
• Proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in English
• Good communication skills - oral & written
