About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Publisher App team, where you will work to develop and implement cutting-edge ad formats on publisher sites. This role involves a mix of product ownership, customer collaboration, and some technical problem-solving. You'll help bridge the gap between our ad technology and publisher needs, ensuring seamless implementation and troubleshooting as needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting publishers with unique ad format implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of integrations.
• Managing and developing our unique ad formats.
• Working closely with internal teams (sales, delivery, and tech) to ensure smooth deployments and customer success.
• Acting as a key point of contact for customers, providing hands-on support and guidance.
• Collaborating with developers to refine and enhance ad experiences on publisher platforms.
• Assisting in minor frontend-related tasks, such as styling adjustments on publisher sites (if you have experience or interest in frontend development).

Who You Are

We’re looking for a problem-solver with a strong customer focus and a passion for digital advertising. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across teams, and have a natural ability to make complex processes smooth and efficient.

Requirements:

• Approximately 2–4 years of experience in product development, customer-facing roles (AdTech, media, or digital advertising experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through implementations.
• Organized, solution-oriented, and eager to take ownership of tasks.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for minor styling fixes.
• Familiarity with AdTech, media, or similar industries.
• Experience with SQL, data analysis, or working with AI tools.
• A background in web development or an interest in coding.
• Experience in the AdTech or media industry is a strong plus.
