Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Maintain and organize documents and records, ensuring accuracy, updates, and adherence to the approved structure.
  • Data Entry and Monitoring: Oversee and perform data entry tasks related to project progress, contracts, invoices, and other documents.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing the performance, audit, and HSE reports.
  • Analyze customer satisfaction survey data for insights and action points.
  • Project Coordination: Communicate with project teams and departments for timely reporting on progress metrics, completion percentages, and deadlines.
  • Invoice Tracking: Coordinate with the Finance department to track, monitor, and plan project-related invoices.
  • ISO Standards Implementation: Assist in applying ISO standards by implementing developed procedures and forms.


Other Duties: Provide support to the PMO team in ad hoc tasks as required.


Minimum Requirement: 2–3 years of relevant experience in a PMO, project administration, or similar role.

referred: Experience with ISO standards and customer satisfaction analysis.

  • Familiarity with HSE reporting and performance metrics tracking.
  • Willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed to support PMO operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor: Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.


Courses/ Software:

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Project Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).

Data Analysis Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Document Management Systems (e.g., SharePoint).

Survey Tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey).


Languages Known:

English, Arabic
