JOB TITLE

Product Manager | Majid Al Futtaim Future Solutions | Customer Solutions

ROLE SUMMARY

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class financial products that support the company’s strategic objectives. This includes managing the full product lifecycle - from identifying customer needs and shaping product strategy to working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption. The role requires strong business acumen, product leadership, and a hands-on approach to execution.

ROLE PROFILE

• Develop product strategy & metrics and create buy-in and alignment throughout the organisation and within your team
• Identify customer and business requirements through research and stakeholder inputs.
• Define and maintain detailed product requirements and user stories, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams
• Build backlog in terms of user stories, prioritize its items to achieve business goals, continuously keep the backlog up to date
• Monitor delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure features are released on time and to quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for engineering on day-to-day product execution, clarifying requirements and providing context.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across engineering, design, and QA.
• Champion a user-first mindset within the product and delivery teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of strong experience owning and delivering customer facing digital products
• Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
• Experience on financial solutions, including Card issuing/digital banking/payments
• Previous experience in start-ups or similar dynamic digital environment
• Understanding of commercial goals and how to implement design changes to achieve desired results.
