Job Summary

We’re looking for a Big Data & DevOps Engineer (Intermediate Level) to support our team in Singapore. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data processing pipelines using big data technologies such as Hive, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Design and implement scalable solutions using Python for data analytics and engineering.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support and maintain Linux-based environments ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt DevOps best practices using Git, Jenkins, and other CI/CD tools.
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Hive, Hadoop, Spark, and Python.
• Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git and Jenkins.
• Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
