Salary: QAR 4,000 + Sales Commission

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Outdoor Salesman to join our growing team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling electronics and FMCG products in the local market and will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell electronics and FMCG products directly to retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other potential clients.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collect orders and ensure timely delivery in coordination with the logistics team.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the sales manager.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and updates.
• Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, collections, and customer information.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Electronics and FMCG sectors.
• Proven sales track record in the Qatar market.
• Valid Qatari Driving License is mandatory.
• Must possess a Transferable QID/Visa.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Familiarity with Qatar's retail and wholesale landscape.
• Good command of English (Arabic is an added advantage).
