This is a winning role for a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Manager looking to make a real impact with a market leader in the agri and industrial solutions space.

The Opportunity:

Our client is a long-established, Irish-owned manufacturer with a strong brand and reputation for quality across the agricultural and industrial sectors. With ambitious growth plans and innovative product lines, they are now looking for a talented Business Development Manager to cover a key territory spanning from North Dublin to Galway.

This is a field-based role focused on developing new relationships with agricultural producers, food processors, industrial clients, and co-ops. You'll be responsible for the full sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing key accounts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the territory
• Building relationships with decision-makers in agriculture and industry
• Delivering tailored product solutions to meet client needs
• Working closely with technical and internal support teams
• Tracking activity and pipeline through CRM systems
• Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in B2B field sales – ideally in agriculture, chemicals, industrial supplies, or related sectors
• A natural self-starter with the confidence and drive to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you know how to open doors and close deals
• Based within the territory (ideally Westmeath, Offaly, Meath, Kildare, Roscommon or nearby)
• Full clean driving license
