We're RatePunk — a fast-growing travel tech startup shaking up how people book hotels. We’re looking for a Marketing Project & Operations Manager to be the engine behind our marketing execution. This isn’t a passive role — it’s for someone who thrives in the details, brings calm to chaos, and keeps growth campaigns moving forward with precision.
You’ll be the marketing team’s secret weapon — making sure our projects ship on time, our A/B tests stay insightful, and our campaigns are always under control.
🎯 What You’ll Own:
🧪 A/B Testing Coordination & Experimentation Support
Help us test smarter, not just harder.
- Manage A/B testing workflows across mobile & web.
- Keep the testing roadmap organized, timelines tight, and learnings clear.
- Collaborate with marketers and designers to prioritize what’s worth testing next.
📊 Campaign Oversight & Channel Coordination
Keep a pulse on what’s working — and where to steer next.
- Track and organize campaign performance across Meta, Google Ads, and beyond.
- Help surface insights, coordinate optimizations, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Own status tracking and weekly campaign reviews.
🚨 Issue Spotting & Problem-Solving
When things break, you notice — and fix it fast.
- Help debug analytics or campaign setup issues.
- Collaborate with devs and marketers to troubleshoot and resolve blockers.
📈 Marketing Data, Tracking & Attribution Support
Make sure we’re always seeing the full picture.
- Analyze funnel performance using GA4 and other tools.
- Identify tracking gaps and help get them fixed.
- Propose small-but-smart improvements that move the needle.
🚀 Project Execution: From Idea to Launch
Bring marketing ideas to life — reliably and efficiently.
- Lead new marketing initiatives across our digital products.
- Own the roadmap, drive timelines, and keep everyone aligned — from internal stakeholders to external partners.
🛠 Tech & Dev Coordination
Make things easy for the engineers.
- Write clear and actionable technical tickets for developers.
- Follow up on implementation and ensure smooth delivery of marketing needs.
- Act as the bridge between growth ideas and technical execution.
👀 Who We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in digital product marketing or marketing ops — ideally with some experience in both startups and/or agencies.
- Comfortable in both web and mobile marketing environments.
- Super organized: You love a good project plan, checklist, and follow-up message.
- Confident using GA4, tracking tools, and reading performance dashboards.
- Familiar with project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.
- You don’t wait to be told — you see what needs to be done and make it happen.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked directly with developers or written technical requirements before.
