Your new role
As a Freelance Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential construction site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain their reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations
Coordinate subcontractors and manage site logistics
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go
A commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
